Challenge & Objective
With the upcoming launch of Pineapple Connect, a new employee app bringing the platform to employee pockets, Baptist Health required an integrated campaign encouraging employee conversion from desktop to the app. The biggest challenge was engaging the diverse range of faculty found in multiple locations across South Florida — from remote to on-site staff, to physicians and top executives. All while following detailed brand guidelines for the faith-based healthcare provider.
Outcome
Collaborating on a cross-functioning team to establish campaign strategy, the team developed the campaign, "I'm Connected, Are You?". Complete with a "Pineapple Trek" challenge, events, and prizes to engage all employees across region-wide Baptist locations, the campaign strategy boosted awareness and engagement, drove downloads, and, most importantly, habitualized employee use.
As well as contributing to strategy ideation, as Design Specialist, I delivered the 10+ mock-ups and designs — booths, swag merchandise, event flyers/collateral — to support each aspect of the campaign activities and deliverables.
